Dear Parents,
We are pleased to offer milk for purchase for any student
who stays for lunch. Individual containers of 250 ml each are available in
white or chocolate milk.
Milk can only be purchased through pre-paid punch cards –
single milk purchases cannot be made. A
total of 10 milk cartons are purchased with one punch card and the cost of a
punch card is $8.50.
Students may purchase more than one card at a time. Please note, students are responsible for
their cards and if lost or destroyed they will not be replaced.
Cash or cheque will be accepted for the purchase of a punch
card. Cash is preferred but if you are
writing a cheque please make it payable to École W. S. Hawrylak School. If you are paying cash please enclose the
exact amount.
Please enclose the cash/cheque in an envelope marked with
your child’s name, teacher’s name and the number of punch cards you will be
purchasing. Students are to submit this envelope to their
classroom teacher by Tuesday, Sept. 8th. Punch cards will be distributed throughout
that week and milk delivery will begin Tuesday, Sept. 16th.
Please note that the amount of milk cartons available during
the first week will be limited. We hope
we don’t run out but there is that possibility.
We will have a better idea regarding the amount to be ordered by the end
of the first week.
