Wow! June just seemed to sneak up on us. It is hard to believe that we only have 4 weeks left before the summer break.

READ Challenge update: In Week 6, we had a class total of 5615 verified minutes, with 85% of our class turning in home reading minutes that were verified by a parent. This is an increase from the previous week! So far, 10 of our students have reached or exceeded our goal of 1000 minutes each, with many more so very close.

Our READ Challenge officially ends on May 31. Don't forget to bring your verified minutes for the last week on Monday morning.

HERE ARE THE ONLINE ASSIGNMENTS WE ARE WORKING ON: There are no deadlines for these, as I will give you all the class time you need to finish. If you want to go further, you may continue to work at home.

This week in Math, we will be working on Unit 8 Transformations. We will be completing Lesson 8.3 Successive Transformations (video) and Lesson 8.4 Combining Transformations (video) (SeeIt p. 309 Pearson eText).
