TYPING WEB: Beginner Course -> Lesson 6 -> Easy Home Row Words (most important is that you have your fingers on the correct keys. Do not worry about speed. That will come later as you learn the keys. The payback will be later on :-).
RazKids: You need to read at least 1 book this week and complete the questions. You will also need to complete the Newsela article and quiz: Stone Age Recyling. Remember that you can do both Raz and Newsela in class during your •Daily 4• time.
Conceptua Math: Big Idea 2 -> Understanding Mixed Numbers and Improper Fractions. Complete the second folder (Order and Estimate Mixed Numbers) - 4 lessons. REMEMBER: when you are logging in, the 'customer name' is my email - jporritt@accesscomm.ca
There will be some time to work on these in class, but some will also have to be done from home, so do not leave it until the last minute.
MATH VIDEOS: This week we will be continuing on Unit 2 - Understanding Number. We will be doing 2.4 Prime and Composite Numbers (video link) and 2.5 Investigating Factors.
